The supposed kidnappers of a 20 year Miss Ezinne David recently contacted the family of the victim reiterating their demand for a 3 million naira Ransom for the release of their daughter.
Information gathered from a social media chat between the victim’s relative and one of our campusnewsng.com correspondent, Igwe Ndubuisi suggested that the kidnappers called in the late hours of Wednesday, 21 August, 2019 and warned the family to comply with their demands.
Recall that Miss Ezinne David a student of Akanu Ibiam Federal Polytechnic, Unwana reportedly went missing in the early hours of Tuesday 19th August, 2019 along Oyibo on her way to see a friend of at Port Harcourt.
The kidnappers who took captive of the missing lady made the first call in the evening of that said day the incident occurred.
Consequently, the family of the victim had been thrown into a state of discomfort since their daughter’s disappearance.
Furthermore, the unconfirmed gang of kidnappers has warned the family of the victim not to make any attempt to engage the police or other forces as interference may endanger the life of their daughter.
Recall that the missing Ezinne David left school due to the ongoing indefinite strike exercise of the Academic Staff Union of Polytechnic (ASUP), Unwana Chapter as a result of non payment of 27 months PAA by the school management.
Nevertheless, the family has besought the general public to engage in mutual prayers for the safety, release and safe return of their daughter from her abductors.
